So confident are we at NTUiTiV in the quality of our training provision and the expertise of our instructors, that we offer a Full Money-back Guarantee if the training does not meet its stated objectives.

If, at the end of the first day, you are not happy that the training you are receiving is delivering the stated objectives, and you are unable to reconcile this issue with the instructor, then we will cancel your registration on the course and we will refund your course fees in full.

2. Early-Bird Discounts

We offer an Early-bird Discount because NTUiTiV public courses fill-up quickly, and specific courses may not be repeated for 6 months or more.

To avoid disappointment and delay, we encourage delegates to take advantage of our Early-Bird Discount of 15% off the course price for the first 3 people to register for a programme.

3. Caps on Course Sizes

To ensure the best learning outcomes, we Cap Our Courses at numbers large enough to be helpful, collegiate and collaborative, but small enough to ensure everyone gets the attention they should.

Keeping training groups small is proven to deliver the best learning outcomes for delegates, because it ensures that each person on the course gets the personal attention that they need from the instructor. The instructor has the opportunity to interact with delegates at a personal level, helping and advising them with the specifics of the issues that the face in their workplace.

4. Try Before You Buy

At NTUiTiV we know that booking an instructor to deliver an in-company course is a big commitment, and so we de-risk this for you by offering you the opportunity to Try Before You Buy.

If, as a company, you are considering an in-company course in a particular subject area but want to know more about the instructor and their delivery style before you commit, then we will give a 50% discount for up to two of your employees to attend a similar public course with the same instructor, so that they can provide you with feedback and hence confidence to proceed with the in-company course.

5. Group Discounts

To encourage multi-person attendance from the same organisation, NTUiTiV offers a 20% Reduction in Course Fees for multiple delegates attending from the same organisation.

6. Your Learning, Your Way

NTUiTiV believes that the best training is performed face-to-face, but we are also well aware that there are many reasons why it may be either inconvenient or impossible for you to attend an NTUiTiV course in person. For this reason the vast majority of NTUiTiV Public Courses are also available to attend online. We call this Your Learning, Your Way.

The costs of online attendance on a public course are 25% less than the in-person attendance price.
