Day 4 – Leading in Complexity Moving beyond traditional leadership theories, applying adaptive leadership principles, assessing leadership competencies, communicating vision, fostering innovation, and building high-performing teams in uncertain contexts.
Day 5 – Integration, Application and Personal Mastery Applying stakeholder analysis in complex settings, managing risks and dependencies, leveraging complexity for strategic advantage, and developing a Personal Mastery Plan for sustained leadership effectiveness.
